Objective:

  • Complete the last turn of an existing mall. In terms of content, this should be a trading function that focuses more on expensive fashion brands (luxury brands)
  • The existing shopping centre consists of an entertainment part and small shops that run along two open streets, and all this ends together with our site. The main task was to loop up the movement of people and complete the movement of these streets with our volume
  • Consider the need for visibility of any storefront from each point of the store

Challenge:

Create a large atrium, ensuring a high effective area ratio

Difficulties:

  • A large drop of relief in the area - 6 meters

Solutions:

  • We sought to visually complete all small volumes of stores in the area combining the volume of the facade
  • Active lighting attracts attention and, accordingly, guests of the shopping center
  • Having worked out all the best options for landing a shopping mall on the site, we proposed 2 options with a different location of parking, but the general idea of a united internal space with a single atrium
  • The facade is made laconic, unified parametric envelope
  • The main entrance is located at zero level, but in the structure of the building it is the second floor, in the center of which the entire volume is revealed and the third and first floors are viewed
