“BC Grand Step” is the second phase of the existing office center located inside the quiet residential area of Solomensky district in Kyiv. Eight-story office building developed with the efficient floor plates of commercial areas and multi-story parking allows connection between the existing business center and the new one by public space located on the ground floor.

    Completely unattractive and fenced plot of land transforms into the human-scale space of business center with offices, commercial areas, and various functions, necessary not only for work inside the building but also for comfortable living of inhabitants at this area. The structure of the flexible office building creates optimal conditions for productive work of future employees. The territory of high-quality and usable public space on the first floor will meet the community’s distinct needs and desires of the local population.
  • Business
    The construction of a new office building will create conditions for attracting new commercial companies and as a result potential boost to the local economy. Planning solutions provide an opportunity dividing the total area for smaller floor plates that are beneficial for the economic growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Urban
    Blending new office building, commercial areas and public space attracts people and makes the environment safer and friendlier. The creation of active facades between the ground level of the building, the sidewalk, and the street generate a positive use of space and increase urban vitality. Also, there will be an improved transport system by organizing additional roads, which will ensure the passage of fire trucks and provide a new traffic facility, thus raising accessibility for both the new office building and the existing.
