We are currently looking for a Lead Architect/s ArchiCAD.

Your role in the team:

• Leading the team project development process at all stages of project development, ensuring that projects meet business requirements and budgetary limits;
• Expert evaluation and selection of optimal approaches and technologies based on a high degree of competence;
• Ensure effective resource allocation independently;
• Responsibility for continuous monitoring of the quality of construction and implementation of architectural specifications, ensuring compliance of urban planning solutions with all applicable laws and regulations of the country;
• Analysis of architectural trends, latest technologies and recommendations for improving projects at the stage of implementation;

• A sincere desire to develop the urban environment.
• Higher specialised education (architecture);
• At least 2 years of experience;
• Knowledge of ArchiCad is required, Revit is desirable;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework - required;
• Passion for finding new trends, trends and innovative practices in Ukraine and the world.
