higher technical education, work experience and implementation of commercial projects;
work experience — at least 5 years as a designer or at least 2 years as a chief project engineer/head of department;
confident user of GoogleDocs, AutoCad. Revit skills are welcome;
knowledge of the regulatory framework and documentation regulating activities in construction (DBN, DSTU, TU, sanitary standards, safety technology, etc.);
negotiation and teamwork skills;
knowledge of languages: Ukrainian — perfect, English (preferred);
the ability to plan one's work and the work of the team;
leader, excellent management skills, teamwork skills, high level of responsibility when making decisions, stress resistance.

Your area of responsibility:
participation in the composition of the project (engineering sections);
participation in compiling a list of source data (technical specifications, permits, etc.);
analysis of raw data;
participation in the preparation of design tasks, technical tasks and cards of technical solutions (engineering sections), for the development of project and estimate documentation;
participation in the development and control of work schedules;
making project decisions on internal engineering systems, communications, equipment and structures, at all stages of design. Coordination with the Customer;
control, coordination and verification of project documentation of engineering sections;
